“We are thrilled to be featured in one of Christie’s seasonal spaces and to join the growing artistic community in the Hamptons,” said Loïc Le Gaillard, co-founder of Carpenters Workshop Gallery. “In showcasing important works of functional art and collectible design alongside seminal paintings from Christie’s, we hope to contribute to the evolving dialogue and blurred boundaries between art and design.”
Sara Friedlander, Deputy Chairman, Post-War and Contemporary Art, noted: “The East End has long been an important destination for artists and collectors alike. Christie’s is honoured to be part of such a thriving gallery community in the Hamptons and we look forward to an exciting summer of programming with our specialist team and friends in the region.”
