The complexity of the BII Bracelet is a result of the intricacies of the mathematical formulae used by Hermien Cassiers to develop her artworks. Fine gold wires are crafted together by hand so precisely as to imbue its sculptural form with fluid movement.
Inspired by architectural structures, Cassier’s artworks induct poetry from reason. The design of BII Bracelet is such that there is no closure, one simply slides the bracelet over the hand. The Formula X collection is exclusively made for Carpenters Workshop Gallery.

Far from traditional jewellery, Hermien Cassiers (Belgium, 1991) studied design at the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Art. Inspired by Architecture and Volume, she creates geometrical gold links, craftily intertwined each other.
