The complexity of the BIII Bracelet is a result of the intricacies of the mathematical formulae used by Hermien Cassiers to develop her artworks. Fine gold wires are crafted together by hand, playing with various densities so as to give this sculptural piece a material levity.
Inspired by architectural structures, Cassier’s artworks induct poetry from reason. The design of BIII Bracelet is such that there is no closure, one simply slides the bracelet over the hand. The Formula X collection is exclusively made for Carpenters Workshop Gallery.

Far from traditional jewellery, Hermien Cassiers (Belgium, 1991) studied design at the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Art. Inspired by Architecture and Volume, she creates geometrical gold links, craftily intertwined each other.
