The Pretty Little Pebble Ring is meticulously crafted out of 800 silver, clasping a pebble with detailed carvings adorning the exterior of the ring. As a child, Thibault Hazelzet spent time studying the pages of his parents' 19th century book of cameos. This book inspired him to create castings that are still used and featured on the rings today.
Hazelzet’s rings are a reflection of his work as an artist. The brutality of the treatment of materials and the finesse of the figures linked to simple shapes create a contemporary and classic effect simultaneously - a delicate brutalism. Hazelzet focuses on extreme contrasts and creates modern pieces that remain universal and timeless.
