Walid Akkad Octopus Ring

Trained at the École de la Chambre Syndicale de Bijouterie et de Horlogerie in Paris and, after working with several jewellery houses on Place Vendôme, the Franco-Lebanese jewellery designer, Walid Akkad has struck out on his own through his clean and uncomplicated designs. In his new collection “Bestiaire” Akkad has reimagined animals as sculptural jewellery while representing both their illustration and metonymy. Unveiled at the Paris art fair, Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale, three of the rose gold pieces are now on display through Carpenters Workshop Jewellery.
