Designers Carlo Hauner (1927-1997) and Martin Eisler (1913-1977) founded the influential Brazilian furniture company Forma in 1953. Focused on industrial processes, their work uses Brazilian woods, thin tubular frames, and a wide range of offerings from furniture to textiles and ceramics. Hauner and Eisler greatly contributed to the rise of Brazilian modernism with their innovative modes of production. This pair of armchairs presents a clean design with elegant petal-shaped armrests set on the duo's classic metallic frame.
