In this sculpture collection, Landform, Spanish artist Nacho Carbonell combines the physical textures of his native landscapes with the cultural overlay of human presence, creating an evocation of the human experience. Carbonell fashions a wall mounted console in White Concrete Leg Console, with a metal white board supporting a texturized wood board patterned through Yuta and sand. Grounded and attached to a wall, the console is reminiscent of ancient fossils found on old terrain, as Nacho reconstructs and modernizes this old function.
