In keeping with his radically experimental approach to sculpture, Niko Koronis continues to blur boundaries between nature and artifice, material and form, rigidity and play.
The perfectly symmetrical form of his CCH stool displays the balance he strikes between function and form. The strong planes of black Belgian marble are arranged in a compact composition, yet negative space between them suggests the potential for movement.
