Alice Cicolini Baroque Solitaire Stack
Edition 8 + 2 AP
2021
14k Yellow Gold, Lacquer Enamel, White Topaz Princess Cut
The Baroque Solitaire Stack is typical of Alice Cicolini’s jewellery designs that form larger artworks from individual rings. Pieces from the Jacobean collection, including the Dots, Chevron and Wisteria Bands stack around the Baroque Solitaire Ring, using each band’s v-shaped chevrons to augment the central princess cut topaz gem.
Alice Cicolini’s Jacobean collection celebrates the tessellated patterns that defined Jacobean architecture at the start of the 17th century. Combining the pageantry and theatricality of that era, the Jacobean collection contains many combinations of complex designs, executed in cutting-edge enamelling techniques.
