Sheep's Wool, Wood
The Bolotas Sofa Pistachio is crafted with a unique, woven structure, forging a hybrid between the natural and the synthetic worlds. Its materiality consists of sheep’s wool and ipê wood, the latter of which is known as Brazilian walnut or lapacho, a resilient wood that originates from Central and South American forests. The Campana Brothers’ pieces are deeply rooted in Brazilian culture and tradition, and the Bolotas Sofa Pistachio is an ample nod to this heritage.
