Max Ingrand (1908-1969) was a French modern designer, decorator, and glassworker, who notably produced stained-glass panels for public spaces and hotels. He was held captive from 1940 to 1945 in Germany throughout WWII, but upon his return became artistic director of Italian company Fontana Arte. For over a decade he designed lamps and lighting designs still being produced to this day.
