Maison&Objet Panel Discussion

Carpenters Workshop Gallery co-founder, Julien Lombrail, and designer Harry Nuriev will participate in a panel discussion on Thursday 5 September at Maison&Objet. The panel, titled Beyond Design, will be moderated by Clara Le Fort, a French journalist and author, and will discuss the how design extends beyond the traditional gallery space.

Harry Nuriev is an artist and designer who believes that the true challenges of today’s age are not invention and innovation but perception, sensitivity and empathy. Founder of Crosby Studios, Nuriev’s practice revolves around the honest creative act and the philosophy of transformism, which he describes as a way of seeing, feeling and acting.
