Made to Order Purchases

The production lead time is stated on the webpage of each made to order piece and becomes visible after you select your chosen size. Production of all made-to-order pieces will commence as soon as the payment is processed and confirmed by our team.

Delivery and Dispatch

We aim to process all orders within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping options and charges are dependent on parcel size and shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.

JEWELLERY

Free shipping applies to all jewellery orders.

All orders with a total value of less than €20,000 will be shipped with FEDEX and will be fully insured.

Orders over the value of €20,000 will be shipped using a specialist fine jewellery shipping service MALCA AMIT and will also be fully insured.

Please note that all orders will require a signed delivery.

If you would like to arrange an alternative delivery service, please e-mail jewellery@carpentersworkshopgallery.com.

European & International Duties and Taxes

All items purchased for delivery outside of the EU will be sold without VAT, this will be deducted from the product price at checkout and on the website pages once the correct delivery country has been selected. Deliveries outside of the EU are subject to local import taxes and duties, now including the UK. You are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your destination country in addition to the item price and shipping charges.

If any import charges and duties apply to your order, the shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please note that this may delay the delivery time as payment of necessary charges to the local authorities for releasing goods is the responsibility of the shipment’s receiver. It is important to provide a swift response to the shipping company about the customs payment. In the case that the customs payment is not made on time, the pieces will be returned to Carpenters Workshop Gallery and this will incur additional costs for repeated shipment.

AUTHORISATION
